This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures and sets expectations regarding delivery times and tracking. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with JW Sabers, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

  1. Order Processing Time
    Upon receiving your order, our team will make every effort to process and ship it within three (3) business days. Note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During busy periods or promotional events, order processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.
     

  2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
    We offer various shipping methods to cater to different destination locations. These include services from DHL and Fedex as well as local carriers. Express services are used whenever practicable. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

    a. Express Shipping: DHL, Fedex or Auspost.
    - Delivery Time: Typically 5-10 business days depending on the destination.

    b. Standard Shipping (including most PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers): handled by local postal services at the destination.
    - Delivery Time: Typically 5-15 business days depending on the destination.

  6. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance procedures, postal service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances may cause unexpected delays beyond our control.
     

  7. Tracking and Shipment Updates
    We will provide you with tracking information, either during the initial processing stage or once the order has been shipped. You will be able to track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number through the carrier website. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the initial shipping notification.
     

  8. International Shipping and Customs
    For international orders (including high value Australian orders), please be aware that customs procedures and regulations vary by country. Any additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. JW Sabers is not responsible for any delays, fees, or issues related to customs clearance.
     

  9. Goods and Services Tax (GST) Exemption in Australia
    JW Sabers does collect GST on Australian orders. Therefore, the prices displayed on our website and during the checkout process for Australian customers are GST-inclusive. 

     

  10. Multiple Items and Partial Shipments
    If your order includes multiple items, it is possible that they may be shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive separate shipping notifications and tracking information for each shipment. Orders will be combined where possible.
     

  11. Address Accuracy
    Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. JW Sabers will not be held responsible for any delays, misdeliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
     

  12. Lost or Damaged Shipments
    While we make every effort to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, JW Sabers is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim or contacting the carrier if such a situation arises.
     

  13. Shipping Restrictions
    Due to international shipping regulations and safety concerns, certain countries or regions may have restrictions or limitations on the importation of lightsaber products. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the customs and import regulations of your destination country. If you are uncertain about the import restrictions, please contact us for assistance before placing your order.
