Warranty and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing JW Sabers for your lightsaber needs. We take pride in offering high-quality lightsabers, and we are committed to providing excellent customer service. This Warranty and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding warranty coverage and returns for products purchased from JW Sabers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with JW Sabers, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
 

  1. Warranty Coverage
    JW Sabers offers a warranty period of one (1) year from the date of purchase on all lightsabers. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any lightsaber that demonstrates defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

     

  2. Warranty Exclusions
    The following are exclusions from our warranty policy:

    a. Wilful Neglect: Our warranty does not cover any damages resulting from intentional misuse, negligence, or tampering with the lightsaber beyond its intended use.

    b. Water Damage: JW Sabers cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by water or liquid exposure to the electrical components of the lightsaber. It is essential to keep the lightsaber away from water and other liquids.

    c. Battery Insertion: Any damages resulting from incorrectly inserting the battery, such as inserting it backward, are not covered under the warranty. Please follow the instructions provided with the lightsaber carefully to avoid such issues.

    d. Impact Damage: JW Sabers will not cover any physical damages caused by dueling or other impacts, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or broken components. Lightsabers are intended for light-to-medium dueling or display purposes only.

     

  3. Warranty Claim Procedure
    If you believe your lightsaber is covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

    a. Contact JW Sabers at support@jwsabers.com.au within the warranty period.

    b. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, to help us assess the situation.

    c. JW Sabers will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide instructions for returning the lightsaber if necessary.

    d. Upon receiving the returned product, we will evaluate the issue and determine whether it falls within the warranty coverage. If approved, we will repair or replace the lightsaber and cover the shipping costs for returning the product to you.

     

  4. Returns and Refunds
    If you wish to return a lightsaber for reasons other than warranty claims, please refer to our separate Returns and Refunds Policy available on our website.

     

  5. Australian Consumer Law
    This warranty policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any statutory rights that you may have.
